Little, tiny Mia came to us from our county shelter. She was initially teeny, tiny when she came to us … and was infested with parasites. We treated her for numerous intestinal parasites and as a result she became a healthy, spunky, affectionate and sweet little girl. It didn’t take too long at all for little Miss Mia to find her perfect forever home! We couldn’t be happier for Mia and her new mom! Mia even has kitty friends of her very own! “Mia (now Pickles) is doing wonderful. I absolutely could not love her anymore than I do already. She is such a great puppy! She loves everybody she meets and gets along beautifully with all 3 dogs that she has met. She already responds to her new name and knows the sit and down commands. Potty training is going great, there was only one accident right when I brought her home and that was it. She walks right up to the door when she wants out. As for the cats, they are very amused with her and will watch her, but do not seem scared at all. She likes them and will wiggle her little butt right up to them like she is ready to play. She is really into chewing anything and everything right now, so I have bought a few marrow bones to help save my furniture and shoes!
